1. Platform Overview

LanguageMaster operates a free classifieds directory that allows German language teachers, tutors, and schools to advertise their services to prospective students. This is a free listing service — there is no charge for teachers to list, and no charge for students to browse.

2. No Financial Involvement

LanguageMaster does not handle, process, or facilitate any payments between teachers and students. All financial arrangements — including pricing, payment methods, refund policies, and disputes — are agreed directly between the teacher and the student. LanguageMaster bears no responsibility for any financial transactions.

3. No Vetting or Verification

LanguageMaster does not verify, vet, or endorse any teacher or school listed in this directory. Information provided by teachers (qualifications, experience, certifications, etc.) is self-reported and has not been independently verified. Students are advised to exercise their own due diligence before engaging any teacher.

4. Teacher Responsibilities

Teachers who submit a listing agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of their knowledge.
• They hold any qualifications or certifications they claim to hold.
• They will deal professionally and honestly with students who contact them.
• They will not use the platform to engage in any illegal activity.
• LanguageMaster may remove their listing at any time without notice or reason.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students who use this directory agree that:

• They understand LanguageMaster does not verify teacher credentials.
• They take full responsibility for any arrangements made with teachers found via this directory.
• They will not hold LanguageMaster liable for any dissatisfaction, loss, or dispute arising from teacher-student interactions.

6. Listing Approval

All listings are subject to review and approval by LanguageMaster administrators. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) listings that are inaccurate, inappropriate, spam, or commercially exploitative.

7. Privacy

Contact information provided in listings (including email, WhatsApp, and Telegram details) will be displayed publicly on the directory. By submitting a listing you consent to this public display. Students' contact with teachers is direct — LanguageMaster does not store or access any communication between teachers and students.

8. Limitation of Liability

LanguageMaster provides this directory on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LanguageMaster shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this directory.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the directory constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
